The leash pulling has stopped but that is because they "sell" a collar with a short chain that dogs respond to with a slight tug?. The barking has not improved?. Essentially I have paid $700 ($740 including the two collars) for the word 'Bahhhh' and an ineffectual 'chain-in-a-bag' tool?. You're supposed to 'toss' it at them when they are misbehaving:. But when a dog is in a barking frenzy he does not care about this cheesy tool method|. And It doesn't seem like a good idea to incorporate throwing something at your dog as a training technique anyway;. Don't waste your money. 128b3cf

My dog does not respond to any of that unless it is coming from him, she literally tosses the little chain packets up in the air and plays with them. When I called to say that it was not working the trainer started yelling at me and then hung up. I called their cooperate office and all they have done so far is say sorry that stinks but you got what you paid for and "just like you cannot pick your teacher at colleges, you have to work with what you are given." Something bogus like that. Then she got snippy with me, she is calling back thursday with the settlement. I offered that maybe starting new with a different trainer would work but she said there is apparently no one. |

| 3. Written by Lauren on July 1, 2011 from phoenix, arizona, US Hi, I had to put my 2 cents in. Ok at first I thought it was a lot of money but before I paid all that money I looked around and researched. After that I saw bark busters pricing was very affordable in my area. At first I thought that sound they had me make was silly. But after they explained it to me, it all fell into place. The sound is a growl and they teach you to talk dog. It's all about canine communication. The system is fantastic and could not be any easier. My dogs are doing womnderful and I saw my trainer about 3 or 4 times over a 5 month time frame. I just didn't have time to see him more. That's my 2 cents. Thanks Lauren |
| 4. Written by Anthony M on July 1, 2011 from phoenix, arizona, US I have a Bark Busters Contract and my guy come out whenever I need help. My cost was 695 for 1 dog and it's for the LifeTime support. My dog use to try and bite people and dogs. After the Bark Busters trainer came out and spent about 2.5 hours plus 2 one hour follow ups it all stopped. My dogs aggression is gone! Those training bags (when used correctly) turned my dogs attitude around. We almost put him down and now he's part of the family. I sent 3 of my friends to Bark Busters in 2 states. All 3 of them are very pleased. I hate to say this but Bark Busters may not be the problem. Good Luck finding anyone to support you for the life of the dog for $700. That's very cheap! |
| 5. Written by Linda Faye on July 1, 2011 from phoenix, arizona, US I used Bark Busters in Tucson and love them. My 3 dogs have never been better. But my trainer made a follow up appointment on the spot. I think the trainer is the issue not Bark Busters. I have been so happy with them. Good Luck oh, the methods really work for me. |
