Bark Busters is a scam! Bad company alert!!!!
I paid the trainer, Nancy after her consultation and started trying her recomended steps. It was clear right away that it was not a good fit for our family.
Yelling Bahhhh and spraying the dogs just made us all feel like idiots. I called Nancy to let her know that I felt it was not a good fit for us. She said too bad - you signed a contract. I continued to call her and the company since no actual service - other than a demonstration had been provided and they agreed to a partial refund.
That was In May. Now in August- it is just one excuse after another. The trainer is a liar and the company offers no support. They really do not seem to care what their trainers do.
There are better people and companies in this world to expose your dogs to. Don' t give this company a chance to use you or your pets!!!!

I am so pleased to hear you elected to not subject your dog to those horrible trianing techniques. All it does is envoke fear in your dog.
I prefer a dog to be compliant because they love and are eager to please their owners, and not be compliant out of fear. Positive Reinforcement Training is the way to go!!!
How does spraying a dog when they are out of line envoke fear in them? Barkbusters does not use treats, gimmicks, or anything physical.
Some trainers out there use very fearful tactics. I would say this person does now know what they are talking about.
